CFPR Kids & Teens Programs

CFPR’s Youth classes teach kids fundamental functional fitness movements, but with a focus on form and fun!

Functional fitness can help your already super-sporty child be stronger, faster and more agile. It can also help build confidence and body awareness in children who aren’t active in sports.

In each class we’ll work on bodyweight movements like squats, plank holds and burpees, and gymnastics movements like pull-ups and handstands against the wall. Older children (middle-school age) will begin weighted movements like back squats, deadlifts and overhead presses (starting with extremely light PVC pipes, then slowly moving up in weight after they’ve established good form). Every movement will be scaled to each person's ability. And we’ll play games that will be fun but also fitness-oriented!

CFPR KIDS (7-11 year olds): 2:30 - 3:05 PM
CFPR TEENS (12-15 year olds): 3:15 - 4:00 PM

Full 12 week Series: $165+tax
Half 6 week Series: $100 +tax
Single Drop-In Classes: $20+tax

CFPR TEENS:
Full 12 week Series: $210+tax
Half 6 week Series: $120 +tax

We accept new participants on a rolling basis with half series and drop-ins available for late enrollees so you are welcome to join anytime!
