CFPR’s EMPOWER program is a specialized series geared for women over 55. The course focuses on improving strength, bone density, balance, flexibility, and provides an introduction to body weight and weighted movements.
The goal is not to win competitions or set lifting records, but rather to be strong and healthy to help you maximize your retirement years and enjoy your highest quality of life. Find ways to adapt to your own abilities while working out in a fun community setting.
