get started: FUNDAMENTALS INTRO SERIES

WHO: Our Fundamentals course is a pre-requisite for group classes for individuals who have never done functional fitness before.

WHAT: The classes provide an introduction to functional fitness training that emphasize skill development and exposure to the basic movements, while also ramping up your fitness level. Oh, and it’s super fun!

WHY: We want to keep you safe and injury-free, so we place heavy emphasis on ensuring proper mechanics, technique and safety in the foundational movements before starting group classes and adding weight and intensity.

WHEN: Our next group Fundamentals series will begin February 3rd and run MONDAY & THURSDAY evenings from 7:30-8:45pm for two weeks (4 total classes). You also get one free week of group classes once you’ve completed Fundamentals.

private FUNDAMENTALS

Four (4) private, one-hour sessions with a coach that can be scheduled at days and times that work with your schedule and ours.

COST: $250+tax
