01. FUNctional Fitness is both fun and effective. You will get the results of personal training but in a social, group fitness environment.
02. You get the most bang for your buck in one hour: mobility, strength, and conditioning. We take out the guess-work and provide you with a comprehensive program every day, aimed at getting you the results you want in the shortest amount of time.
03. Every workout is scaled to your ability. You will receive individualized coaching to make sure each workout is delivering the appropriate intensity for your fitness level.
04. Each class is led by a knowledgeable, supportive coach. Our coaches are here to help you on your fitness journey, providing modifications and scaling options to fit your abilities and ensure each class is customized to your needs.
The instructors are amazing - they are all encouraging, supportive, knowledgable and super fun (even at 5:30 am). Safety and form are always the #1 priority. The variety of work-outs is awesome - you'll never be bored. Lifting, rowing, running, wall balls, burpees, rope climb, box jumps, kettle bells, etc. - they have it all!
