The instructors are amazing - they are all encouraging, supportive, knowledgable and super fun (even at 5:30 am). Safety and form are always the #1 priority. The variety of work-outs is awesome - you'll never be bored. Lifting, rowing, running, wall balls, burpees, rope climb, box jumps, kettle bells, etc. - they have it all!
